Corporate Black Suit purchase
I bought this really nice Corporate Black Suit from this online shop not too long ago. But when it finally showed up at my door, it was a hot mess. The box was all crushed, the hanger inside was broken, and to top it off, there was a weird white stain on the crotch of the pants. It totally looked like someone had already worn the suit before me. Needless to say, I was pretty bummed out about the whole thing and sent it right back for a refund.

Y-DNA test kit purchase
My experience with the Y-DNA test kit from FamilyTreeDNA was really disappointing. The end results and reporting were a mess. It was confusing and disorganized from the beginning to the end. I also joined a project on the platform, but that was also a mess. The project members seemed like DNA pros, but I found it all too much and not clear. I felt unsure and confused by the information, like it was too complicated. Compared to other companies like 23andme, FamilyTreeDNA didn't do as well with test results and accuracy in reporting.
