Helmet purchase
I just bought a helmet from this store and I gotta say, they have a really great selection of top-notch protective gear. The helmet I got was solid and just what I was after. When I needed a different size, I contacted customer service and they were super quick and helpful. Swapping it out for the right size was a breeze and I really appreciate their fast help. All in all, I definitely suggest this store for anyone looking for quality protection gear.

Cool boots
I got these awesome boots from this place and they were so cool. But then, something crazy happened - FedEx told me they delivered the package to my house, but they actually left it at some random spot far from me! I was freaking out, but when I called the store, this really nice lady named Patricia came to the rescue. She talked to FedEx and convinced them to deliver the boots to a spot closer to me so I could go get them. It was seriously the best customer service I've ever experienced!

Membership with BODI
I've been a loyal member of BODI for 7 years now, and I've seen prices and features change throughout that time. Despite that, I still think BODI is more affordable and convenient than a regular gym. Recently, I accidentally canceled my membership when trying to upgrade, but the customer service team was super quick to help me out and get me back on track in no time. Others have also had positive experiences with BODI's customer service team, which makes it easy to resolve any issues. Although I'm not thrilled about the price hikes, I remain dedicated to BODI because of its convenience and the variety of workout options available. I like that even without any extra purchases, I still have plenty of workout choices to pick from.
