Helmet purchase
I just bought a helmet from this store and I gotta say, they have a really great selection of top-notch protective gear. The helmet I got was solid and just what I was after. When I needed a different size, I contacted customer service and they were super quick and helpful. Swapping it out for the right size was a breeze and I really appreciate their fast help. All in all, I definitely suggest this store for anyone looking for quality protection gear.

Dress purchase for special event
I was so let down by my time at that place. It took forever for the dress I bought to get to me, and once it finally did, I didn't even want it anymore. When I tried to send it back, they hit me with all these extra charges and deductions, which just made things worse. The customer service was awful, and their return policy is seriously the worst I've ever seen. I wish I never even shopped there.
