Item return refund delay
I just returned some stuff and they said I'd get my money back in 7 days. But a whole week went by and no refund yet! I couldn't find a phone number or email to contact customer service, but then I discovered I could message them on messenger. So I messaged them and they got back to me right away, promising to look into it. The very next day, boom, my refund was done. Despite the bumpy start, I was happy with how fast and smooth they fixed things.

High-quality rug purchase
I bought this really nice rug from Annie Selke, thinking it would hold up for a good while. But, after just two years, the backing started peeling off, even though I barely walk on it and always took good care of it. I tried getting in touch with Annie Selke to see about getting a new one or some kind of compensation, but, unfortunately, their customer service was no help at all and didn't offer a decent solution. It's a bummer that the rug didn't hold up like I thought it would, and that the company wasn't there to back me up.

Misleading social media post and text. Customer service does NOT exist. Instead of a simple solution someone went back and forth with me through email. Focused on the problem and NEVER offered a solution. I absolutely do NOT recommend spending your money with this company.
