Moissanite jewelry purchase
I recently bought some moissanite jewelry - got three pieces in total. They actually arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. And when I checked them out, I was really happy to see how great the quality was - even better than I thought. I had the moissanite stones checked by a couple of diamond testers, and they came back as legit. The jewelry itself was really well made, with two silver pieces and one in white gold. They all felt pretty weighty, which is a good sign of their durability. The packaging was solid too - made sure everything got to me in perfect shape. What really stood out to me was how good the company was at keeping me in the loop during the whole process. And I thought it was a nice touch how all the pieces were laser-inscribed, made them feel extra special.

Boots and slip-ons
I found out about this company on social media and thought I'd give them a shot. I ended up buying a pair of boots and some slip-ons, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how good they were. The boots were super stylish and comfy, and the slip-ons were just right for wearing every day. I'm really happy I decided to give this company a try.

Bought cool shoes
Man, these shoes were awesome, but then the company went and canceled my order without even giving me a heads up! I had to do all the detective work myself to figure out what went wrong. Turns out, they thought I was some kind of reseller just because I only bought one pair of shoes. So they tell me to go to the store, but guess what? The store doesn't even carry the kind of shoes I wanted! It's like they couldn't care less about actually helping me out. Let me tell you, their customer service is just a huge disappointment in my book.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Ordered 'shorts' on April 26th & still not received May 27th. Last tracking info shows May 5th with nothing since. Customer service can not explain the delay & are unwilling to offer a refund despite. I AM STUCK WAITING WITH NOTHING I CAN DO!
