I spent almost 500 dollars for 2 items. One was a necklace in the shape of Texas that was to have a diamond in it and a pair of diamond studded cross earrings. Both arrived and I was astonished by the low quality and extremely small size of the items. You could barely see the earrings, not what the picture on line looks like . Very deceiving. Then I returned them using the return label and sent back via USP. I still have not received my credit. It has been 3 months so I tried to call the 800 number but you cannot talk to a human. It disconnects you after leaving you on hold for 5 minutes. I tried via email but the representative I have been corresponding with stated they have no record of receiving the items back. Something is very shading and I feel I was scammed and now I’m out almost $500.

Sneaker World is a company you should not do business with, they do not ship on time & constantly substitute sizes, Buyer Beware
Bought a pair of Jordans and they were 100% FAKE. I was already byast cause you don’t get to see Jordans at low prices esp the chicago ones, but proceeded anyway out of curiosity and guess what. You could tell just by the box. A cheap piece of carton with a printed nike logo. Very poor quality. I am a collector and I this was one of the worst copycats I’ve ever seen. You can tell the fakes by small details but this was no-brainer. Even the swoosh was completely wrong. Never ever buying from there again and neither should you. Don’t let the low prices lure you. Pay a bit more and get the real thing.

Not trustworthy. Renewed my subscription before it expired and refused to refund my money stating I used my account within 30 days. This site is rigged and forces you to give two stars.

Poor quality dress and customer service
I ordered a dress according to the body measurements/size chart, and it was very big. When I contacted customer service, Polly said to take the dress to a tailor, and she'd give me partial refund. I emailed her once I took the dress to a tailor, she replied my email a week later saying to return the dress instead. Well, it's too late for that now.
Don't expect a high quality dress or good customer service for the price you pay. The dress doesn't have any lining and it's see through.
Write your credit card company and tell them to deny the charge for the reasons stated. They may get their customer service folks involved to help you.
