Unauthorized deduction from PayPal
Even though I didn't have my PayPal saved on Shutterstock, they still managed to take money from my account. They did this because I used PayPal before, giving them access to take money without asking me first. This is not okay and it really frustrated me. I would give them zero stars if I could because of this bad experience.

Dog collar trainer
I really love this dog collar trainer! It's been a game-changer for my pup, who always used to tug on the leash. Thanks to this trainer, he's finally learning to walk calmly next to me. And I appreciate the reflective stitching for our nighttime strolls, as well as the handy LED light. The correction levels are just right - not too harsh, but definitely effective. I also feel reassured by the fail-safe feature. The customer service team was awesome, too. They were so helpful and answered all my questions. I can't recommend this product enough!
