Undelivered orders
I placed some orders with this company, but they never arrived. I spent over $70.00 on those items. I tried reaching out multiple times to ask about my orders, but I never heard back from them. I'm pretty bummed out about the poor customer service and lack of communication. On top of that, I still haven't gotten a refund or any store credit for the stuff that never showed up.

LED flashlight
I recently bought an LED flashlight from BG and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how it looks and works. But, I have seen some folks griping about getting the wrong item in their orders. My suggestion? Make sure to read the product description real closely before you go ahead and purchase it.
