IPL Photofacial
The customer service I got during my visit was amazing. I had never tried an IPL photofacial before, but Mikaela, the staff member helping me, was super helpful and made me feel at ease the whole time. The results were incredible, and I already know I'll be coming back for more appointments. The office was also really clean and welcoming, which just added to the great experience.

Curtains purchase
The lady, Randi, who helped me with the sale was really friendly and useful. However, after I paid, things started going downhill. They kept making excuses and causing delays. For example, they changed my appointment time without letting me know and said the installer was sick when they weren't. It was just lie after lie! Finally, the curtains were installed, but I still didn't see the credit they promised me. Yareidy assured me she would give me a credit, but until now, I haven't gotten it. If I don't receive my credit by Monday, I am going to dispute the entire charge!
