Gift purchases
I've been using Cratejoy for a while now to buy gifts, and I've always been happy with it. It's super easy to use and there are tons of cool products and subscription boxes to pick from. I've never had anything go missing or show up late. Even though I haven't had to reach out to customer service myself, I've heard good things from people who have. The hardest part is just trying to pick which subscription box to try next, because there are so many awesome choices.

Foam quilling kit
I got this foam quilling kit, but it seriously took forever to arrive. And when it finally came, the quality was super disappointing. Some of the lines were punched way too hard, so the foam just fell apart. It was impossible to finish my project! Plus, the kit didn't even come with glue. I had to go out and buy that myself. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare too. I ended up tossing the kit in the end because it was just unusable. Total waste of money!

Enhancement supplements
I was really let down by my visit to The Enhanced Male. I had heard about their promise for total satisfaction, but it turned out to be misleading. Even though I knew about their health and safety rules, I was still taken aback to discover that I could only get a refund if the item was still sealed and unused. How am I supposed to know if I like it without giving it a shot? On top of that, when I tried to contact them by email, I never heard back, which just added to my disappointment.
