Shoes purchase
I bought 2 pairs of shoes from this company not too long ago, and I have to say, I was really let down by how they handled the shipping. You know, I placed the order and they said it was already on its way, but turns out it never even left their place. When I tried reaching out to customer service, they couldn't give me a good reason why it took almost a whole month just to get my refund processed. That lack of honesty and taking responsibility just doesn't sit right with me as a customer. So, I've decided to stop doing business with them and I'll be using a different payment method for my future purchases.

Quick delivery
I bought something online and chose the fast delivery. It's been almost a week and I still haven't heard anything about my order. I've sent a bunch of emails to customer service, but haven't gotten a single reply. Not knowing what's going on is really frustrating, especially since I paid extra for quick delivery. I can't help but wonder if my package got lost, if it's out of stock, or if there's some other problem causing the delay. And not having a phone number to talk to someone just makes it worse.
