Pretty bag
I found this super cute bag at the store and it came in a really nice box. The quality was great, just like the review mentioned. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too small for all my stuff! I decided to shoot the company an email and they were really cool about it. They said I could just keep it and pick a different size for free. No problems at all, they were really nice. I'm super happy with my bag and the service, I would definitely shop with them again!

Meal kits with missing ingredients
We've really enjoyed the recipes and how easy it is to prep the meal kits, but we've had a few times where we didn't get all the ingredients we needed. Like one time we were making cauliflower steaks and there was no cauliflower in the package. We think there should be better quality control to make sure everything we need is in each meal kit.

Laundry detergent alternative
I bought this laundry detergent alternative from the company because I wanted to switch to a more eco-friendly option for washing my clothes. I was really looking forward to trying it out, but unfortunately, it didn't work as well as regular detergent. My clothes didn't come out as clean and fresh as I wanted, so I had to wash some of them again. I was pretty disappointed with how this product performed overall.

My experience shopping online at Neiman Marcus was a total disaster. It was a nightmare from the get-go. The online ordering was all over the place, and the customer service at the Stanford store was not helpful at all. And watch out, they don't take damaged items off the shelves hoping you won't notice - good luck trying to return those!
