Black Suede Pumps
The service I got from this company was amazing. I sent them an email asking about my delivery, and they got back to me quickly with a really nice and professional answer. When my black suede pumps showed up, they were packaged so nicely and looked perfect. The shoes are really good quality, and I'm super happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy from them again.

USB-C Charger purchase
I bought a USB-C charger from this store not too long ago and man, let me tell you, I am super bummed out about the whole thing. It took forever for the charger to actually get shipped, and during that time, I couldn't even get a hold of the delivery person. When the package didn't make it to me, I tried reaching out to Hyper for help, but they basically said there was nothing they could do once it was on its way. I was so frustrated, especially because I had someone waiting at the office for it. Then, to top it off, the delivery person texted me saying they weren't going to deliver it and were sending it back to the sender. I've sent multiple emails to Hyper but they haven't offered any help or solution. The whole customer service experience has been awful and I am beyond disappointed with this purchase.
