Crippling automation bug
I ran into a major problem with the software recently that's been messing up how I get my work done. I've been trying to get help from Avid for months now, but they haven't been able to fix it. I've sent them a bunch of videos showing the issue and had a lot of back and forth emails with their support team, but nothing has changed. It seems like they're stuck and not doing anything about it. This bug is a big problem for me because I need to deliver a movie to network TV every month, and it's slowing me down a lot. I've had to find a temporary solution that's making everything take longer and causing a lot of frustration and delays in my work. I've gotta start looking into other software options to try and fix this situation.
