High-quality products, top-notch customer service
The customer service at this company is amazing, seriously. From the second I placed my order all the way to when I got my stuff, every chat with them was on point and speedy. The products are top-notch, no doubt about it, and I swear every penny I spent on them was totally worth it. I've been buying from them for a while now, and I can say without a doubt that this brand is in a league of its own.

Luxury watch
The watch I bought was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. But man, this company seriously dropped the ball when it comes to keeping me in the loop. I ordered the watch in December and didn't get it until mid-March, which I could have dealt with if they had just kept me informed. But nope, it was like they fell off the face of the earth. I had to bug them constantly for updates, which was super frustrating and a total waste of time. I get that things can get delayed, but leaving your customers in the dark is just plain rude. Jura Watches might make great sales, but they seriously need to step up their communication game after the sale. It really put a damper on the excitement of getting my new fancy watch.
