Boulder boots purchase turned disaster
I got these boots thinking they'd last a long time, but they fell apart after a year. The glue didn't hold up, making them junk. When I contacted Customer Service, they weren't helpful at all. It was a letdown and I'm pretty annoyed about the whole situation.

Defective item experience
This website is a total scam. I ordered something and it came with a defect. They've been stringing me along for weeks now, not giving me any real answers. I've asked for a refund or replacement, but they just keep making promises they don't keep. I've never had such bad customer service online. Don't go near this website, trust me.
