Rose gold diamond necklace
I was so amazed by how beautiful the rose gold diamond necklace I bought was. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and the diamonds just sparkled like crazy. Every time I wore it, I got a ton of compliments, and it pretty much became my favorite thing to wear for special events. Even the packaging was super nice and made the whole thing feel even more fancy. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase from this store.

Shoes ordered in January
Oh my goodness, I can't believe this! So, back in January, I ordered these adorable shoes, right? And guess what, they still haven't shown up! I mean, I waited the full six to eight weeks they told me to, but not a peep. Couldn't even find a phone number to call. The one email I got back was basically calling them a scam, super shady stuff. And don't even get me started on their lack of response on Facebook. Seriously, what gives? <br><br> I finally got a response after harassing them with emails every single day for nearly a month, and all they had to say was to just keep waiting. Like, excuse me? It's been 6 months of me being patient and still nada! Part of me just wants to give up, but now it's turned into some kind of personal vendetta.

Protein-packed products
I love me some protein, so I gave that one meal chocolate a shot and man, was I pleasantly surprised! The taste was so natural, none of that artificial stuff. Those protein bars, especially in flavors like chocolate, caramel, and strawberry cheesecake, are straight-up delicious. And don't get me started on that caffe latte shake - that's my jam. I'm not on a diet or anything, but I like to chow down on these products after hitting the gym or as a snack in between meals. Let me tell ya, they're totally worth it.

All Day Comfort Women's Pants
Let me tell you, I really wanted those All Day Comfort Women's Pants, but what I got was the new Effortless Pants instead. The staff tried to tell me they were the same, but that's just not true. These Effortless Pants have slimmer legs, no stretch, and definitely do not feel as comfy as the All Day Comfort Pants. I was super let down by what I got and felt like the store tricked me.

Canceling Prime Membership
I called customer service to cancel my Prime membership and was actually pleasantly surprised by how helpful the representative, who I'll call Omar Shekoo, was. He didn't just help me with canceling, but also took the time to explain all my options for keeping the membership. His knowledge and professionalism made me rethink my decision to cancel, and I ended up deciding to keep my Prime membership after talking to him.

Chair replacement
My chair broke after a couple of years, but Andaseat's customer service was really great in helping me get a new one. The chair itself was really sturdy and comfortable, it lasted way longer than any other chair I've had. I'm a big guy, so the XL size was just right for me. I'm definitely going to recommend it to all my friends!

Comfortable costumes and accurate sizing
I really love the costumes from this store! They are super comfy and the sizes actually fit me perfectly. The colors are so vibrant, not dull like some other brands out there. I'm especially drawn to the Himitsu costumes, they are so colorful and really stand out. I like that it's easy to figure out the right size to order based on the measurements they give, and the sizing chart is spot on. And let's not forget about the wigs - they are amazing! The colors are so accurate and the length is perfect for creating any style you want.

High waisted two piece
It took over a month to receive it. I understand this was during Covid but I couldn’t even track it.
Once the suit came in it’s not even the same color. I ordered pink and it was delivered as a pale pink like it was faded.
The suit in general is NOT flattering. I’m tall and athletic build with a small mom pooch.
Very disappointed in this purchase.
