Problem with order
I ordered something last week on November 30th, and it's been a full week already, but I still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation! I have a vacation planned soon and I'm worried I won't be able to receive my package in time. I even sent them three emails asking if they could speed up my order or change the shipping date, but they haven't responded yet. I'm really disappointed about the whole situation.
