The product is just so nice and well-made. It works great as a modern console table when you're not using it. I got it in black, and it looked amazing at Thanksgiving. We easily turned our living room into a table for 12 people. The quality is really top-notch, and it's super functional too. I definitely suggest this product for anyone who enjoys throwing get-togethers.

Alright, listen up - Daily High Club is absolutely amazing! I have to give credit where credit is due - their customer support is top-notch. Some folks might be saying otherwise, but I had such a smooth experience with them. I had some questions about shipping, I placed my order, and before I knew it, my box was at my doorstep in just 4 days. Yeah, it was missing a few things, but when I contacted customer support, they apologized, sent out the missing items, and had them on their way the same day. Everyone makes mistakes, but DHC handled it like pros. The customer support team didn't give me any hassle, they just fixed the problem. The products in the box were fantastic, the shipping was super fast with tracking info, and to top it off, they even threw in a gift card as a nice touch. I mean, when a company can turn a negative situation into a positive one, how can you not be impressed? Subscription not received
I'm so frustrated with the service from Magazines Direct. I signed up for a 3-month subscription, but I haven't gotten any magazines yet. Every time I reach out for help, all I get is a generic response saying my magazines might be lost in the mail and that they'll send replacements. But I haven't seen any replacements or even heard what's really going on. It's just disappointing to know that other people are having the same problems with their subscriptions.
