DNA Ancestry Test
The whole process of ordering, collecting my sample, and getting my DNA test results was smooth and fast. The website was easy to use, the sample collection instructions were clear, and I got my results quickly. The info in my DNA test results was not only interesting but also pretty shocking. It showed my roots all the way back to ancient times, through history, and up to now, giving me a full picture of my family history and where my people have traveled. Honestly, I was blown away and happy with my ancestry results.

I ordered this really awesome piece of wall art for my room, but it never arrived. They told me it was shipped like a month ago, but I still haven't gotten it. I'm pretty disappointed about it, man.

Fleece pants and vest
I'm really bummed about the stuff I bought recently. The zippers on the fleece pants totally busted on me the first time I put them on, and the pocket on the vest tore apart the very first time I wore it. I shelled out some serious cash for this stuff, so I definitely expected better quality. I wouldn't suggest buying stuff from this place, for sure.

Subscription issue
So yeah, I had this subscription for ages, right? And then one day I couldn't watch any shows, but they were still charging me! So I tried reaching out through email, but all I got back was two really weird responses that didn't do squat. I'm telling you, it's like they didn't even bother reading what I wrote! After weeks of begging for help, I finally had to cancel my subscription because I was getting absolutely nowhere. Their customer service is seriously out of this world, man.
