    240 Euro Subscription i did not ask for

    Shameful business model! The 30 day free trial ended, and without warning, they substracted 240euro from my bank account! They subscribed me to the most expensive plan they had! Especially during these times, money is very tight, and sofatutor is just abusing the situation! Disgraceful!

    Sofatutor has just "auto renewed" my subscription. We have had a change in our circumstances and do no longer need the service. However, they did not get in touch in advance of the renewal to give me a chance to cancel it and now I have to pay 300 Swiss francs for something we won't use. They just refer to "our policy that you accepted when you signed up". Well, speak about customer care - this company is opportunistic and just wants to get money for nothing - STAY AWAY!

    Sofatutor has just informed me that they have cancelled my subscription so I'm very happy - hope they did the same with yours Vladimir and a much happier customer!

    Sofatutor just "auto renewed" my subscription - NO WARNING!

    Sofatutor has just "auto renewed" my subscription we took out more than a year ago for our son. We have had a change in circumstances and do no longer need the service. However, they did not get in touch in advance of the renewal to give me a chance to cancel it and now I have to pay 300 Swiss francs for something we won't use. They just refer to "our policy that you have accepted" and there we go. WHAT A CON - STAY WAY!!!

    JUST HAD AN UPDATE FROM SOFATUTOR - THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION - VERY GREATFUL AND GLAD THEY DID :)

    Hi Christen, I have exactly the same problem. Can you tell me if you withdrew your contract within 14 days and then they cancelled your subscription? Or what did you do to cancel it in general? I will be very grateful for your answer!
