I incorrectly gave these people a good rating that should have gone to the Temu store instead. I did not have a good experience with this store. The shoes that I ordered could not fit and I did not like the quality, so I tried to reach them numerous times after returning the shoes and not getting a refund. They do not answer their phones, all you get is this constant recording and music. Will never buy from them again. This is the second time I am duped buying on the internet. There seems to be some dishonest people popping up on the internet selling stuff. Beware!

Do not buy anything from them.What is happened ????.I am so tired and upset, my order have been over 4 months but still do not get them after that you tell out of stock then not give back my money, telling me I have to use coupon code for new purchase. I’m trying every single day all week and email to you every day but get back same answers give to me again coupon code not working. That’s( prestarrs.com) website scammers and I loose all my money? Right now I’m so so tired, you’re thinking I have to give up and lost all my money for your scams, what’s I have to do????
You guys ripped me off! I bought a Round neck Floral printed maxi dress in green . You have never sent my dress and I doubt I ever will! Shame on you!
I ordered a dress since January and still do not have it till now. Unfortunately, there is no customer service number or anywhere to lodge the complaint. I guess this is a fraud!!!
