shoes
I incorrectly gave these people a good rating that should have gone to the Temu store instead. I did not have a good experience with this store. The shoes that I ordered could not fit and I did not like the quality, so I tried to reach them numerous times after returning the shoes and not getting a refund. They do not answer their phones, all you get is this constant recording and music. Will never buy from them again. This is the second time I am duped buying on the internet. There seems to be some dishonest people popping up on the internet selling stuff. Beware!
candle wax warmer
Candle warmer was ceramic and arrived on my porch broken. A little difficulty reaching them but when I did they were very apologetic and refunded me my money. Product was very nice but broken, so I changed my mind and asked for a refund and it was given back to me promptly.

They charge a "fat tax"; which is unnecessary. $5 extra for larger sizes, no matter the cheapness of the material clothing is made of. If they try to justify this by claiming it costs more because an extra pattern has to be made, then why not also charge more for Petite sizes? They would also require a different pattern. Other stores do not charge this "fat tax"--it is totally unnecessary when the material is not 100% linen, wool or silk. Will only buy from this store when they stop charging $5 extra for larger sizes.
Several items
First off I love the merchandise they provide but have never ordered. On 12/31/2020 I placed an order for several items I was interested in. Of course my call went across the ocean to China. One week passed, no merchandise. They were sending me emails on items they were selling; I had advised them not to do because i wasn't interested in them. There were backorders i also advised them I didn't want but yet they placed on my order. Then on 01/11/2021 I received an email stating they were shipping one item (an item that was on backorder and that I told them I didn't want). After calling them and chewing them out for the poor customer service I was receiving I totally canceled my full order! This company has poor customer service and they don't let you talk; they talk over you!! I will never order from these fking morons ever again!!
Foot pads
It has taken over two weeks to receive order. Tired of everyone blaming things on the virus. Will not order again. Can take me off their mailing list.
