Tennis bracelet and earrings purchase
I bought a tennis bracelet and earrings from this company, but I had a problem with the bracelet. It wouldn't stay closed, so I couldn't wear it. The earrings were fine though. When I contacted the company to return the bracelet, they said I needed to send a video showing the issue. I had already sent photos, but they wanted a video. I was frustrated and disappointed with their lack of understanding and cooperation. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company because their satisfaction guarantee isn't as good as they claim.

Bravecto purchase
I bought Bravecto for my pets from this company not long ago. My dog did fine with it, but my cat had a weird reaction. After giving the Bravecto from Best Vet Care, my cat lost a big patch of hair where I put it on. That has never happened before in the two years I've been using Bravecto on my cat, just not from this company. I'm really upset and concerned about how it affected my pet's health.
