Variety of unique items
I bought a bunch of cool stuff from an online store not long ago, but I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. They sent each item in different shipments, which meant they charged me separately for each one. It was a mess and really confusing. I had to keep a close eye on my bank account so I didn't accidentally spend too much. The whole thing was a hassle and a pain, and it definitely left me feeling bummed out about the company.

Operetta bag purchase
I just bought a bag from this company, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with both the product and the service I got. It did take a bit longer than expected for my order to arrive, but I get that each one is handmade and that takes time. The bag itself is really gorgeous, though I kinda wish I had gone for the bigger size. The customer service was fantastic, especially Martina, she was super friendly, helpful, and got back to me quickly with answers to all my questions. The delivery was quick, only took 2 days to get to me in Singapore with FedEx Express. Tracking my package was a piece of cake. All in all, I had a really good experience with this company and will definitely be shopping here again.

Christmas gift jeans
I received these jeans as a Christmas present, but they ended up being too small for me. I went to exchange them for a bigger size, but no luck! They told me I had to send them back and wait for a gift card. It's been almost two weeks and I'm still waiting. I can't believe they wouldn't let me swap them in person. It's really frustrating!

I was really looking forward to getting some awesome stuff online, but it never arrived! I was so disappointed because now I can't find the same stuff for that great price. They just said they'd give me a refund, which is fine I guess, but I really wanted the things I ordered!
