Shopper bag in pale pink with detachable pouch
I got this cute pale pink shopper bag with a detachable pouch, right? But after a while, the bottom started coming off. So, I brought it back to the store where I got it and filled out a complaint form. They sent it to headquarters to check it out, but they said they couldn't fix it. I'm bummed that such a pricey bag fell apart so soon, especially 'cause I've shopped there before and been a loyal customer.

I bought these amazing shoes and man, they are so comfy! I was a bit stressed at first about getting the right size, but the customer service team really came through for me. They were so friendly and quick to help out. I had to wait a little while to chat with them, but it was totally worth it. Thanks for the awesome service!
