Dress order
I bought a dress from this store about a month ago and I still haven't gotten it. And whenever I go to track my order, the website is all wonky. I've tried emailing and hitting them up on Instagram a bunch of times, but they never get back to me. And now the dress I bought is on a big sale, even though I paid a ton for it - over $300! It seems like they're just using influencers and ads to rope people in, but when it comes to actual customer service, they're just not there. I'm actually in the middle of disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Replacement cartridges purchase
I've been buying cartridges from this company for a long time and I'm always happy with the quality. Their website has a ton of options to choose from, so it can be a little overwhelming. But it's so easy to order online and the prices are really good, so it's totally worth it in the end.
Review about: Birchbox
Delayed box delivery
I recently got a box from Birchbox and, man, it took forever to get to me. I got an email saying it was on its way, so I thought cool, but it never showed up. So I hit up Birchbox to check on my order, and they tell me it won't even be shipped until next week, then add on another 3-5 days for delivery. I told them I was not happy about that and asked for a discount or my money back, but they didn't do anything about it. I tried to reach out to them through email and social media a bunch of times, but nothing got fixed. All in all, I was not happy with how Birchbox handled things and won't be messing with them again.
