Internet bill negotiation
This service is ridiculous. I signed up thinking they would help me negotiate my internet bill, but instead, they just signed me up for more stuff I didn't need. They didn't follow through on their promise to negotiate and my bill ended up even higher. It's a total scam and I wouldn't suggest anyone waste their time or money on this supposed "member service."
