4-in-1 Mounting system for Window/Dash/Vent/Console
I purchased your mounting system. I followed the instructions. The Bar on the back of the unit. The t notch broke right away. I do not recommend this product and will not purchase from this company again. I tried to reach your customer service on your web page but it kept blinking out. None of the other pages I use do this. Very frustrating and disappointed.

Terrible, terrible service. Placed an order in early October, several items were out of stock, I waited two weeks and then they finally shipped the remaining items and charged me for all, but didn't include all of the things I'd ordered. I had to haggle with them on the phone to issue a refund rather than a credit. I reordered after receiving the deficient order, and three weeks later they still hadn't shipped the items, even though they were listed as "packaged for shipping" for at least a week before I finally got in touch with them. On inquiry, it was a minimum additional wait of a week before they anticipated shipping anything. Completely unacceptable for time-sensitive plants. They offer ostensibly great sales, but don't be deceived, the waits are terrible and so is the service.
So totally agree. What's happening with this company. The Customer Service is "off shore" and I seen to connect to the same rep, and there is absolutely no wiggle room with this guy. Bulbs arrived spongy with a peculiar odor. Definitely not planting these. Refund, you ask??? Hell no. Credit - okay. This company (years ago) was located about 10 minutes from my home, they had counter trade, order and pick up. Then the move to Virginia Beach, the downfall will be the customer service guy and probably it's more invasive infecting the entire department. And I'm a long time customer. Gee,
