Bio-infusion cleanser and Fruit acid exfoliant
After using the Bio-infusion cleanser and Fruit acid exfoliant from Theraderm for a few weeks, I gotta say, my skin is looking and feeling so much better! The cleanser gets rid of all the yucky stuff without making my skin feel dry, which is awesome. And the exfoliant makes my skin look more radiant and smooth by taking off all the dead skin. These products are top-notch and definitely worth it for the amazing results they give.

Diffuser purchase
I bought a diffuser from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. I didn't get any email updates after I placed my order until more than three weeks later when they said it was out for delivery. But guess what? I never got a delivery confirmation, and when I checked the order status, it said they tried to deliver it, even though I was home all day and no one came. Customer service didn't help at all, no solutions or promises of a redelivery, just left me feeling frustrated and let down.

5 pack of glasses with no screws
I just bought this 5 pack of glasses that said they had these fancy "no screw" hinges. But after wearing them for a few days, I started to notice they were getting all loose and slipping off my face. So annoying, right? I reached out to customer service to complain about it. They got back to me super fast and said they'd send me another set of glasses, but this time with actual screw hinges. I gotta say, I was pretty surprised by how fast they fixed the problem. The new glasses they sent me fit like a dream and don't budge at all. I'm so happy with how everything turned out!

I am really upset about my latest order from this website. I ordered a dress for a special event and it's been 16 days since I placed my order and it still hasn't shown up. I would advise against shopping here. Be careful!

The spray I bought was seriously the best. It did amazing things and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. Not only was the product amazing, but the people working there were top-notch. They were quick to respond to my questions and knew everything there was to know about what they were selling. It made buying stuff super easy. I was really blown away by how great the service was.

Delayed Order
I ordered something almost two weeks ago, and I'm really disappointed because my order still hasn't been shipped. I've been emailing them a bunch of times to ask about it, but all I keep getting back are automated replies. I can't seem to talk to a real person about it. The customer service is really bad and it's making me feel frustrated and like they're ignoring me.

T-shirt with good designs
The t-shirt I bought wasn't as good as I expected for the price I paid, but the designs were really cool. It was a letdown that the quality didn't match how nice it looked.
When my t-shirt didn't show up on time, the customer service let me down. I was confused and annoyed by the lack of clear communication about where my order was.
I was surprised to find out I had to pay a customs fee to get the t-shirt in the UK. I get that sometimes it's necessary, but I wish they had told me that before I ordered.
If they can up their product quality and keep the prices the same, I might order from them again. But they really need to fix their customer service and make extra fees more transparent.
