Free Plan Scam
I got caught up in that free plan trick on this platform recently. I thought I was signing up for a free plan, but it turns out I've been getting charged 18€ each month without even a heads up. The website didn't say anything about this hidden fee, which really makes me feel like I've been played. Thank goodness I checked my bank statements or else I would have kept on getting charged for something that was supposed to be free. It's not right for a company to operate like this, taking advantage of people who trust that they're getting what they signed up for. Soundtrap, please give me my money back because I can't afford to be duped like this. And for anyone else, watch out for this platform so you don't get caught in the same trap.

As a parent, I am so excited about this kids magazine and all the educational stuff it has. My 8-year-old kiddo can't wait for each new issue to arrive and spends hours checking it all out. The magazine has a great mix of fun and facts, letting my child learn about the world and its cultures. Plus, the book suggestions are always a hit with my little reader. Nat Geo Kids has really made a difference in my child's life by giving them fun and educational content without always staring at a screen.

Hotel stay
I recently stayed at this hotel that was super comfy overall. It did show some wear and tear, but you could tell the hospitality industry is bouncing back strong after the pandemic. The rooms were crazy clean, and the staff was super on point and friendly. The location was perfect, making the whole experience even better. The food was bomb, especially breakfast - so good! There was this funny moment when this older lady complained about the bread being too thick, which was hilarious and made my stay even better. The wine prices were a bit steep, but I get it, they have to make money somehow, especially with deals like Dinner B&B going on.

But after discovering Independence Brothers online, I decided to take a chance on one of their custom-made jackets. Scott, the guy who helped me out, was amazing every step of the way. He made sure I got my measurements just right and went through multiple rounds of adjustments to make sure the fit was perfect. I really appreciate the attention to detail and their commitment to making sure I was happy with the final product. The leather quality is top-notch and the craftsmanship is outstanding. I'm beyond impressed and happy with my custom jacket from Independence Brothers. I know for sure this won't be my last purchase from them.

I wouldn’t give this place a star if it was an option. I ordered 2 bulk size orders on January 30 and January 31. Their turn around time was 7 days. On day 7 I received an e-mail stating my items wouldn’t ship out until February 10 due to their warehouse being closed from January 24-February 9 for the “holidays.” Yet there is ZERO information on their site about their holiday schedule and I didn’t receive an e-mail that there was going to be any type of delay until “day 7.” On day 7, I messaged them asking when they could get my items shipped and all they stated was “ASAP” and only offered me a $7 cash coupon. When I spent over $200, $7 was not a convenient alternative for me. I stayed in touch daily and there were multiple excuses and light weighted, aggressive, apologies from their crappy customer service team that could obviously barely type in English. I see a lot of reviews where people were not refunded and lost out on items and I believe the only thing that saved me is I paid for my orders through PayPal. After days of them begging me to keep my order I finally received a refund. This was also my very first bulk order(s) for my boutique and I clearly lost out on refunding my customers and offering incentives to keep their business in hopes they will return later on. This company is awful. Save your time and money and STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
