Clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes and accessories from a brand I used to love, but their marketing tactics have been rubbing me the wrong way lately. It used to be a high-end brand in my eyes, but now it feels like they're going for cheaper stuff and jumping on the 'woke' bandwagon. It's a bummer because my family, who are more conservative and well-off, used to really admire this brand for its quality and values.

Sandal Purchase
I bought a pair of sandals from this store in the summer, but after only two months, one of the straps broke. It seems like there's a quality problem with the product. I contacted customer service right away with some pictures for proof. But, they asked me weird and unrelated questions. Even after asking for more help several times, I didn't get any solution or support from the company. So, I suggest being careful if you're thinking about buying anything from this store online.

Comfortable and well-made clothing, pricey
I've gotta say, my feelings about this company are kind of all over the place. The clothes I got were really top-notch and comfy, but man, those prices were definitely up there. And let me tell you, I ran into some serious headaches when it came to returns and exchanges. So, there I was, making an exchange back on July 12th. The exchange itself went alright, but when it came to getting my refund, let's just say things got messy. I shot them an email to confirm they got my items back, but for some reason, they just wouldn't process my return. It took a whole week of going back and forth in emails before they finally said sorry and gave me my money back like I asked. Honestly, it was such a pain just trying to get my refund.

I had a little problem getting a refund for something I bought not too long ago. But when I asked for help, the customer service folks got back to me right away and fixed it up so I got the right amount refunded. I really appreciate how fast they took care of everything and how they listened to what I was worried about.

Boat shoes
I bought these boat shoes online and got them pretty quickly, like just 4 days after I ordered. But man, I was bummed out when I tried them on and they were way too tight. I even went up a half size and got the wider option, but they still didn't fit right. It sucks 'cause they looked really nice and I was so pumped to wear them. Ended up having to send them back 'cause they just weren't comfy at all, which was a pain.
