Traveling to South Korea and Japan
My family and I traveled to South Korea and Japan. We decided to get this APAC Nomad thing for our phones so we wouldn't have to spend a ton of money on data. When we arrived in Seoul, it was a bit overwhelming at first, but luckily my brother, who's great with tech stuff, sorted it out at the airport. The APAC Nomad worked perfectly in Seoul, Kyoto, and Tokyo - we didn't have any issues at all. It was so convenient to have just one card for the entire trip. It made things a lot easier for all of us!

EU Website Size Confusion
I ordered a UK size, but they sent me a US size instead. When I asked to exchange it for a larger size, they told me I'd have to ship them back myself and make a new order. It was so frustrating and I wasted money on postage. I'm not sure if I'll get a refund.

Super easy to use
I really like how simple it is to use, and it's great that I can access it on different devices without constantly having to enter a password. The only thing that bothers me is having to use my email as my username and not being able to switch it up.
