I wanted to share my recent experience booking a hotel through SnapTravel.com. When I got to the hotel, they told me that my reservation was canceled, and I was left without a place to stay. SnapTravel.com didn't keep me in the loop, so I had to handle everything by myself. Even after waiting for hours, they couldn't find me a new hotel, so I had to find one on my own. This whole situation cost me more money and time than I had planned for. Honestly, I was really let down by the whole thing.
