Late delivery, lack of communication, overpriced
I ordered some flowers for a special event and paid a ton of money in US dollars to have them delivered in Canada. But guess what? They showed up late! And when I tried to reach out by email and phone, no one even bothered to respond. The customer service here is just terrible. I won't be using this company again – it seems like a total scam.

Chocolate Hamper
I ordered 2 weeks in advance and my order was never delivered. Floom "customer service" brushed me off and blamed it on their vendor. Who, mind you, they hired to deliver this product. I will never attempt to use this service again as my friends birthday surprise was ruined. Find another service that is reliable!
