Skin care product
I bought a skin care product from Yamibuy and was really let down when I realized it was fake. When I contacted customer support with proof that it was a counterfeit, the person I talked to was not professional at all. They tried to argue with me, even though the QR code showed it was fake. They kept responding in Chinese, even though I was only speaking English. This lack of communication made things even more frustrating. The agent took no responsibility and didn't try to fix the problem. Instead, they said they would reach out to the seller and then abruptly ended the chat. They didn't apologize for the trouble, just acted rude and tried to make me doubt my own judgment. Dealing with such dishonest practices from a platform that's supposed to be reputable was really disappointing and frustrating.

Wireless earbuds purchase
I was really disappointed with these KeepHiFi wireless earbuds. The sound quality was just okay, there was always static, and the connection was spotty. The design seemed cheap and fragile, definitely not worth the money I spent on them. The battery life was terrible, only lasting a couple hours before dying. I was highly disappointed overall and wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

Furniture removal service
The company's communication was excellent. They gave me a heads up with a call and text before they arrived, letting me know when to expect them, which I thought was great. The crew that came was on time, nice, and polite. They quickly took care of hauling away my old furniture and the price was fair, right around what I was anticipating. All in all, everything went smoothly and stress-free. I was so happy with their work that I even gave them a generous 30% tip.
