Quick shipping disappointment
I'm a customer who shelled out some extra cash for expedited shipping through my RPM plan, but man, was I let down by the slow processing time for my order. Five whole days passed before something as simple as a bunch of cleaning chemicals even left the warehouse. I mean, why bother paying for speedy shipping if the order isn't gonna get to you in a timely manner? The whole purpose was totally defeated by that processing delay.
