Subscription renewal issue
I was pretty happy with the company's services for the most part, but I ran into a problem when I tried to cancel my subscription. They kept charging me and even tried to use the card I gave them. Dealing with all of that was a real hassle, and it definitely made me wonder about how they handle their billing.

Prepaid booking with undisclosed extras
I am so frustrated with this car rental company after what happened to me recently. I had already paid for my rental in advance, but somehow ended up getting charged an extra $370 for things I never asked for. The person at the counter knew I had already paid for insurance, but still added it on without asking me. I even showed her a screenshot of my payment, but she didn't care and still made me pay. This sketchy way of doing business is not okay and makes me feel like I was tricked. I won't be using their services again after this bad experience.

E liquid and replacement cartridges
I just ordered some e liquid and replacement cartridges for my vape from this site. I decided to go all out and pay for faster shipping, thinking I'd get my stuff in 2-3 days. Well, my package came 8 days later in terrible shape. The cartridges were broken, and the e liquid bottle had leaked everywhere inside the box. What a disaster.

Pet supplies for a new puppy
I just have to say, the customer service at this pet store is absolutely amazing. I had a little problem with something I ordered, but they fixed it super quick without giving me any trouble. They not only took care of my issue right away, but they also made sure the product got to me fast. And on top of that, they even threw in some sample products for my new puppy, which was really nice of them. I'm so grateful for how simple they made everything for me as a customer.

Two jackets
I got two jackets from that store, but they totally sent me the wrong sizes. One was supposed to be for grown-ups, but it looked tiny like it was meant for kids! And the other one was supposed to be for my son, but it was way too tight for me. They didn't even give me any details on how to send them back. That's not cool at all!

I got the Silver Circle watch for my husband as a Christmas present about four months ago, and he absolutely loves it! The watch has a really cool and unique design that makes it stand out from all the other generic ones out there. He's been proudly wearing it ever since, with a big smile on his face.

Solid latex pillow purchase
The solid latex pillow I got was supposed to be high loft and medium firmness, great for folks like me with bad neck and shoulder pain. But man, when I got it, it was way too soft and didn't help at all. I sleep on my side with a herniated disc, so you can imagine how bummed I was about the pillow. I contacted customer service and they let me swap it for a "firm" one. But when the replacement came, it felt just like the first one. And it didn't help that there were no labels or anything with the pillows, made me wonder if they were the real deal. Customer service was quick with their responses and sent out another pillow, but the quality was disappointing. Their return policy seemed sketchy, like they were just sending out the same pillow with different names. The company asked for more info, which I gave right away.
