High-quality bamboo clothing
The bamboo clothing I bought was really good quality, but their customer service wasn't great. When I needed help with a delivery problem, their support team was super slow and frustrating. I don't care much about brand names, but good customer service is important to me, and bamboo clothing didn't meet my expectations in that area. Because of this lack of good support, I seriously don't think I'll buy from them again.
