The boots actually took a bit longer to arrive than I thought, but I was still pretty happy with them in the end. I'd recommend using the courier service's app to keep tabs on your package. The price was fair and I'm satisfied with what I bought.

Dual lightsaber purchase
I just bought a dual lightsaber from this place, and let me tell you, the quality was even better than I thought it would be. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were spot on. The delivery was quick and on point, getting to me right when they said it would. And the customer service? Can't beat it - they were so good at getting back to me, super nice, and really helped answer all my questions about my purchase. All in all, I couldn't be happier with how everything went.

Debt response filing assistance
SoloSuit really came through for me when I got hit with those legal papers from a debt collector. I was totally lost since I don't know the first thing about legal stuff. SoloSuit made it so easy for me, taking care of all the paperwork and dealing with the court and the debt collector on my behalf. I even got to have a real attorney check out my documents before I sent them in and talk to them over the phone. It was a huge weight off my shoulders.

Birthday outfit purchase
I got this really cute birthday outfit online, but when it showed up, it was the wrong size! So I called to complain, and let me tell you, the supervisor "K" was just awful. They didn't even listen to me and hung up on me not once, but twice. They even blocked my number and my mom's too. So rude! My mom said we're gonna let all the schools in our state know not to shop from them anymore because they treat customers so poorly. Don't even bother ordering from them!! It was the worst experience ever.
