Trigger point massager
I recently got this trigger point massager and let me tell you, it's absolutely awesome! I liked it so much that I had to get another one for my partner because we both can't get enough of it. It's so versatile and really targets all the areas that need attention. I find myself using it all the time for some self-care in between my massage and chiro appointments. Honestly, this trigger point massager is a total game-changer!

Christmas card order
Oh man, what a mess! I ordered a ton of Christmas cards online, but only got part of my order with some cards and envelopes missing. As if that wasn't enough, the cards showed up late, so I had to hustle to find some last-minute replacements. And don't even get me started on customer service - totally unhelpful and they completely ignored me when I tried to reach out. It's just not okay!

Shipping Nightmare
FedEx is the worst, seriously! My experience with them was just terrible. I mean, first off, it was a nightmare trying to even get in touch with them because it felt like their call center was in a whole other country, and half the time the people on the phone couldn't even understand what I was saying. And then, my package was supposed to show up in a few days, but it actually took a whole month! Like, seriously, who takes that long to deliver something? And don't even get me started on the driver saying they dropped off my package when clearly they didn't. I swear, I am never, ever using FedEx again!

Diamond stud earrings
I gotta say, those diamond stud earrings I bought from this company? Absolutely gorgeous. The diamonds were top-notch and the setting was beautifully done. Every time I wore them, I got so many compliments - they quickly became my favorite piece of jewelry. The customer service was great too, the staff really knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect pair. The only downside was that the price was a little higher than I planned for, but honestly, the quality was totally worth it. Plus, the delivery was fast and the earrings arrived perfectly packaged and in great condition.

Bag order, delayed delivery, refund only
I just wanted to share my recent experience with ordering a bag online. It was a total mess, to be honest. I had been waiting for three whole weeks for it to arrive, and when I finally checked the FedEx tracking, I saw that it hadn't made it on time. Then, I got a message saying there was a delay with my delivery. A little while later, I got another message saying it had been delivered, but turns out it was sent back to the company. I reached out to customer service, and all they offered was a refund. No sorry, no offer to send another bag. Pretty disappointing, if you ask me.

Lamp purchase
I just bought a lamp from the store and it was a really good experience. Their website had a lot of cool designer brands to pick from, so it was easy to find just what I wanted. Ordering was simple and quick. There was a little hiccup with the delivery when one package got stuck in the warehouse because of a courier mistake, but the customer service folks fixed it right up within a day. They were really professional and fast in taking care of everything. I'd for sure think about buying from them again in the future.
