The booking process was easy, and I got a really good deal on my flight to London. But, I think the website could be better in terms of making it easier for users. I just bought a suit at the store, but ran into a problem - the color of the trousers didn't match the jacket. When I talked to the assistant manager at the Edinburgh store about it, he was super rude and aggressive. He acted like I was bothering him by mentioning the issue, and it was really disappointing. Now, I'm not sure if I want to shop at that store again after that bad experience.

I just got this cool smart water bottle from a company, hoping to use the app to monitor my water intake and meet my hydration goals. But man, let me tell you, the app has been a total letdown. It's been acting up for the last couple of months, making it impossible for me to actually keep track of my water intake. I tried reaching out to customer support, but they haven't been much help at all. All they keep saying is that there are "server issues," and they haven't fixed anything. So, if you're thinking about getting this bottle for the app, I'd say hold off until they sort out all these issues. It's just not worth it right now.
