Perfume order with express delivery
I ordered two perfumes on April 28th and paid extra for express delivery, but I haven't gotten any updates or responses from customer service. It's pretty frustrating, especially since they sell luxury brands. I'm really disappointed and thinking about taking legal action against them.

Graduation excitement
I recently graduated from this amazing program and I am incredibly thankful for all the coaches and mentors who supported me throughout my journey. They were so patient and encouraging, and I truly couldn't have achieved this milestone without their help. The resources they offered were really useful and I feel fully prepared to tackle anything with the skills and knowledge I've acquired. I'm excited to see where this next chapter leads me!

Humpback whale tees
I just bought some humpback whale t-shirts from an online store and I was really happy with how good they were and how quickly they arrived, all the way to Australia. The designs by independent artists are so cool and I like that the shirts are made of 100% cotton. I'm excited to shop here again someday.

Portable gaming and streaming PC
I gotta say, the portable gaming and streaming PC I bought is awesome for watching videos and streaming, plus it can handle gaming pretty well. I've been able to play Diablo 4 without any issues, although I do have to mix up the settings a bit. My main PC with a 6700 CPU still outperforms it in gaming, but this little PC is perfect for when I'm on the go and want to game or watch shows. The only thing is, it can get a little warm during gaming, but it's pretty quiet overall. I think once we get some future GPU driver updates, it'll only get better!

Shipping boxes
I've been pretty happy with your company in general, but there's one thing that's been bugging me. No matter how many times I've called customer service, I keep getting these huge shipping boxes for my orders. I've been buying the same stuff for a year and a half now, usually around 16-18 items at a time. They don't need that much protection, but I keep getting boxes that are way bigger than they need to be, like 18x12x12 or 24x14x10. It's a huge waste of resources like paper, energy, and money. Can you please start using boxes that are a bit smaller, like 14x12x10? It would be way better for the environment and make shipping more efficient. Thanks for listening.

A ton of their products
I stumbled on this site because I was seeing the collection of negative reviews.. This is a growing company that has given away thousands of free high-quality products to people who straight up cannot afford them. I get that most ppl take to leaving a review only when they've had a bad experience... but this is just not right. All of their products are fantastic and I own several of them. Their customer service workers are awesome too. When there have been delays due to logistics problems, they've always been very responsive and actually sent me extra product to thank me for my patience. I think it's really lame that people review bomb companies that try to do good things and help people. No company is perfect, but if you follow them on instagram or interact with their customer care, you can see that they're actually a standard that most companies should be following.
