My awesome customer service experience
I just have to give a shoutout to this awesome person named Miel. She seriously came through for me today. I was having some issues with my order, and she got everything sorted out in no time. When I called earlier, I was getting nowhere, but Miel was a total lifesaver. She's definitely a superstar in my book!

Difficult to work with
They're just so difficult to deal with! I tried giving them a call, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. And let me tell you, their prices are just way too high!

Clearance section experience
I had a pretty good experience with the website, but I was really let down by the clearance section. It's all messy with stuff that's been sold out forever, which makes it super hard to find anything in stock. They really need to fix that ASAP to make shopping easier for everyone.
