Item shipping delay
I bought something from this company recently and it took forever to get to me. They took my money right away, but it ended up taking three whole weeks for my item to finally show up. And when the day it was supposed to arrive passed, I got an email saying they were giving me a refund with no explanation for why it was late. Plus, I couldn't even go online to see where my order was because the website was down.
