Food delivery experience
The food was amazing and the delivery went smoothly. But, I had a problem with being charged twice for the tip. I tried contacting customer service several times via chat, but they just kept telling me to talk to a different department for help. Sadly, each chat would end without fixing the issue or giving me my money back. It was really frustrating and the customer service was not great at all.

Perfectly matched silk topper
I've tried silk toppers from other companies in the past, but they always had dark roots that didn't match my hair. The silk topper I got from this company matches my natural hair perfectly and it's so soft and high quality. I'm really impressed and I'm thinking about buying two more!
