Accidental movie purchase by kids
I accidentally bought a movie because my son was messing around with the remote and they're not being understanding at all! I have parental controls on, but somehow they got turned off and my son ended up buying a movie. I never even watched it, just like the one he bought yesterday, and they're refusing to refund my $21! I've tried reaching out to them, but they just don't seem to care at all!

Sightseeing tour purchase
I had such a great time on a sightseeing tour with my family last weekend! We got to see Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and Bath. Learning all about the history and checking out the awesome buildings was so cool. The tour guide was really friendly and shared plenty of interesting facts with us. Plus, we even got to ride on a luxury coach - it was so fancy!

Girlfriend's Christmas gift
I had the most terrible experience with customer service recently. I ordered a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, and my credit card was showing the transaction as pending for 6 whole days without any communication or updates. I tried emailing them twice, but got no response or tracking info. Finally, I had to call my credit card company to stop the payment.
