New couch purchase
Frank, the salesman, was really helpful when I went to the store. He was quick and eager to help me out with anything I needed, even going the extra mile to find more info to help me decide. The sales they had during the store opening and Memorial Day weekend were a nice surprise and made the visit even better. I can't wait for my new couch to get here and I'm so thankful for Frank's awesome customer service.

Unfulfilled order
I'm really frustrated and disappointed with this company. I paid for my items, but my order still hasn't shown up, and when I try to contact customer service, they keep dodging my calls and giving me the runaround. It's such a waste of time for everyone involved. All I want is either my order or a refund. The fact that this company won't communicate and solve the issue is making me feel neglected and worried about whether they're running their business properly.

Sightseeing tour purchase
I had such a great time on a sightseeing tour with my family last weekend! We got to see Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and Bath. Learning all about the history and checking out the awesome buildings was so cool. The tour guide was really friendly and shared plenty of interesting facts with us. Plus, we even got to ride on a luxury coach - it was so fancy!
