Customer service nightmare
There's like no customer service with this company. I've tried calling, emailing, leaving messages, but no one ever gets back to me. I've tried multiple times and nothing. It's really frustrating and honestly pretty disappointing. I used to be a loyal customer, but after this, I'm never shopping here again.

Website hosting for 2 years
I had my website hosted with this company for 2 years and everything went smoothly. However, I recently had to move my site because of sponsorship reasons. But I'm planning on coming back in the future to create a new site for my radio station and TV broadcast links. Can't wait for it!

Platinum+ straighteners issue
I had a problem with my Platinum+ hair straighteners the other day. They started beeping and flashing a red light after only a year of use. I went on the website and started the return and repair/replacement process. I gave them my proof of purchase and warranty details. The customer service rep was really quick and efficient. They sent me a paid shipping label to return the straighteners. In just a week, I got a shiny new pair that looked brand new. I'm really impressed with how smooth and fast the whole repair/replacement service was.
