Progressive lenses with color changing sun-darkening feature
The glasses didn't look the same as they did on the website, which was a bummer. And the frames were uncomfortable - they were poking into my ears and caused sores. But I couldn't take them to a professional to get fixed because I bought them from a private company and they were worried about liability. The lenses, though, were pretty good quality, so I can't complain about that.

Customer service nightmare
There's like no customer service with this company. I've tried calling, emailing, leaving messages, but no one ever gets back to me. I've tried multiple times and nothing. It's really frustrating and honestly pretty disappointing. I used to be a loyal customer, but after this, I'm never shopping here again.

Website hosting for 2 years
I had my website hosted with this company for 2 years and everything went smoothly. However, I recently had to move my site because of sponsorship reasons. But I'm planning on coming back in the future to create a new site for my radio station and TV broadcast links. Can't wait for it!
