Overpriced storage
This company is the absolute worst, I swear. Why do they keep asking for the same information over and over again? And they can't even apologize for being clueless! It's ridiculous how they can't even bother to read previous emails. I tried to file a complaint and they acted like they couldn't see it or something. And then they have the nerve to push unnecessary charges on you, like they're trying to rob you blind. It's beyond frustrating!

Long wait for refund
I recently bought some stuff from the online store and I had to return a few things because they didn't fit right. It's been over a month since I sent back the return, but I still haven't gotten my refund. I've contacted customer service four times now, but they haven't fixed the issue yet. The lack of communication and follow-up is really disappointing and frustrating. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but this experience is making me think twice about buying from you again. I've always been a fan of the quality of your products, but the terrible customer service I've had to deal with this time is just not okay.

Essential Turkey - 9 day classic overland
The schedule was jam-packed with activities and everything was well-organized. Our tour guide, Mustafa, was amazing - he was friendly, super knowledgeable, and always there to answer questions. The bus rides were long and exhausting, but had frequent breaks to stretch our legs. The best part of the trip was definitely visiting Gallipoli and Troy.

Pale yellow mermaid style special event dress
I ordered this dress thinking it'd be this nice pale yellow mermaid style for a special event, but it came in this super bright canary yellow instead. It was totally different from what I had in mind. Had to go through the whole thing of sending it back, but luckily, it wasn't too much of a pain. Raina was actually pretty helpful in getting it returned. Still, it's a bummer not getting the color I wanted. Even though the color was off, I have to admit, the dress itself was really pretty and made well, just not in the right shade.
