Skin care products
I just wanted to say that I really like the customer service at this store. The people who work there are always friendly, know their stuff, and are ready to help with any questions I have. But, I've been a bit confused about how the Rewards points system works. Even with the help of the staff, I still can't quite figure it out. Since I'm getting up there in age, it's been tough for me to navigate the online stuff. But, I've been shopping here for a long time and I plan to keep supporting the business.

Bikini purchase
I just bought a bikini from this company, and I have some mixed feelings about it. The quality of the bikini was okay, but I wasn't totally happy with how it fit. It just didn't feel quite right and didn't really flatter my body like I was expecting. The colors were nice, but the sizes seemed a little small compared to what I usually wear.

Receiving damaged pieces
I recently bought some furniture from Outer, but unfortunately it showed up a whole month late and with two pieces messed up. I asked for replacements, but those came damaged too. It looks like the issue isn't from the shipping, but from a lack of quality control when they were being made. I noticed some broken welds, aluminum bent out of shape, and a crooked leg that seemed like it was reattached poorly. I shelled out $7k for this stuff, so I was really hoping for better quality. Now I'm just waiting on a third shipment, crossing my fingers that this time everything will finally be right. Overall, I'm pretty bummed out about this whole ordeal and I'd warn anyone thinking of buying from them to watch out for these problems.

Snow White zippy replacement
I had a problem with my black zippy when the zipper fell off. I emailed them about it and Amy got back to me right away. She offered me a replacement or a gift card. The black and pink zippies were out of stock, so she gave me a list of other colors to choose from. I went with the Snow White zippy and she sent me a confirmation for the replacement. I'm really happy with the great customer service I got from this company.
