Bought a Michael Kors watch as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Ordered it on 2 Dec and received it 9 days after thru FedEx. Quality of the watch is nice and the packaging is neat with good protection. Contacted their customer service for enquires on delivery matters, they were very helpful and answered my question in a good manner. Overall, I am satisfied with this shopping experience.

If you are looking to refinance your mortgage, take out a second mortgage or HELOC, run far away from this company. If you don't run far, far away, please understand that Nicolette Loesche & Anthony Barberra are going to get you nowhere. We have never received such terrible customer service in our entire lives. They are SO quick to call and get your business and run your credit score but as soon as you sign the first document to get the process started- you will loose all communication unless they need you to sign something again and they will call, email and text to get ahold of you to sign.
We opened a loan on August 11th and asked to try the "free" drive by appraisal. It's not free guys- they will charge you $150 and add this to the closing costs. The appraisal company that was assigned was rated 2 stars and It took their drive by appraisal guy 2 weeks exactly to upload the appraisal- our house in this market should have appraised very well but he appraised it less than what our house was appraised for 2 years ago and he used comparables from almost a year ago.
We decided to pay for an appraisal- paid $360. Our appraisal guy was ready to upload our appraisal and he told me multiple times that our loan was "on hold" and that he couldn't do anything.
I informed Nicolette & Anthony of this problem and they took over 1 week to get to the bottom of what was going on when a simple phone call to AMC would have solved the issue- this caused over a 1 week delay.
When our appraisal was finally uploaded on the 28th of September. We called and emailed asking for answers about how long the rest of the process would take. We Didn't get a single communication email or phone call until they needed something from me.
We didn't receive any communication from Nicolette or Anthony until the 7th of October and she told me that she unfortunately needed to re-run my credit score.
Well, bad news that wasn't relayed to me until MONDAY the 11th- that my credit score came in 3 points lower than needed and that they could offer us $10,000 less and be done.
NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON IN THIS COMPANY TRIED TO MAKE IT RIGHT! They just "justified" their employees actions and basically never addressed the lack of communication.
When you call someone and leave a voicemail- it's important that person calls your back- and you won't get that from this company. You will be left HIGH AND DRY until they need something from you. This loan could have been closed last Monday the 4th w/ the credit score I had received at the beginning if this company was about their business- they can't keep up!
Tom Ricevuto- the Director of Sales did absolutely nothing for us either. said he could refund half of our appraisal fee.
