Do not buy from them
I ordered product for my wife. The sizes were too small. Not a problem when I returned with days of receiving. First red flag is the return system didn't work. Sent it back after them making a label and send via email. Then had to email a month later on the exchange. The company they use to exchange refused it by mistake. Well ok... That was two months ago. I asked for tracking on the product so I could return it after the refusal. No response from them after several emails. They have scammed me for 300 dollars. Do not support this company. I have sent several emails and nothing except the auto emails.

I purchased a Dewalt mixer on Zola.com and was assured in writing via email from Ralph Jayme (Zola) in customer support that I would get a refund for the difference in price that I found on Amazon.com.
I asked about the refund PRIOR to purchasing the mixer. I followed Ralph's instructions per his email, informing him of my purchase on Zola.com along with the order number and link to the same mixer on Amazon at the lower price. It was at this time that Jamie told me he looked at my order and because the couple I bought it for saw the mixer another web site he could not refund the difference claiming I purchased it from another web site. My receipt is from Zola.com, where I bought it. Now I wanted to return the mixer for a refund. Ralph then told me that the money I spent would be given to the couple in cash in my name. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I have no proof of this and Zola is not entitled to hijack my money just because it's their policy. A policy that is not easily found without a search. This is complete...Exactly.
If you want to be a dissatisfied, one-time customer, left angry and frustrated from your shopping experience, spend your good money here. It is my experienced opinion you will regret it.

I ordered 2 custom pendents over 2 months ago that come to 690.00 after taxes. After placing my order I NEVER received any confirmation or receipt stating a day or time period when I receive my 2 Chains.

Love them! They look great. I just wish they came with directions for how to wash them or they had directions on the website. I don't want to ruin them and they need to be washed before wearing . . .
